SINGLE-SESSION COUNSELLING

Student Counselling Services has launched “Single-Session Counselling,” based on the idea that sometimes, a single, well- timed conversation is just what is needed to facilitate change or offer support.

The annual Graduation Pow Wow will be held on May 5 at 11:00 a.m. in the Duckworth Centre.

STUDY SKILLS

The next offering of the Study Skills workshops will be May 13 – 28.

Topics include:

  • Reading Strategies and Critical Thinking
  • Dealing with School-related Stress
  • Goal-setting and Time Man- agement
