The Art of Collaboration: Harnessing the Power of Partnerships is foundational training for leaders in all sectors that develops core competencies for initiating and managing collaborations and partnerships. In this eighteen hour course, participants learn and practice advanced interpersonal; relationship-building; and negotiation skills applying theories, frameworks and tools for assessing partner fit and guiding collaboration through its stages to achieve high impact results.

Instructor: Sue Hemphill is a certified trainer, course developer and writer. Her background and training in the arts and cultural sector makes her a uniquely creative and engaging educator and community and organizational developer. She has a strong reputation as a trainer, mediator/facilitator, and program developer.
