The most perfectly crumulent art show / dance party / costume ball of all time is happening on THURSDAY APRIL 27th at the Handsome Daughter!

Local artist/comedian J.D. Renaud is curating an all-Simpsons themed art show, featuing new works by him and several of Winnipeg's best and brightest. The TV show that warped the minds of a generation will be re-imagined on the walls of West Broadway’s favorite watering hole!

To celebrate the opening, we're having a grand opening on THURSDAY, APRIL 27th! Festivities include...

- COSTUME CONTEST! With prizes awarded in the form of free art, Simpsons swag, and such n such
- DJ LIL WIN
- THE LARRY DAVIS IPOD EXPERIANCE
- THE BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH, a video dance party curration making it's triumphant return to the Handsome Daughter

Doors at 10, costume contest judging will take place at midnight, and you must arrive before 11:50 to enter. It's $5 at the door if you wish to enter the costume contest, and suggested donation of $5 for everyone else.

Also, be sure to come early for the COMEDY BATTLE ROYALE hosted by MIke Green at 8 (which is free)!
