On the evening of March 19, join Bernice Bisson, a psychic medium and astrologer, to discover the story of the Tarot through the lens of Carmen, the opera. Cold reading and colder brews

Budding actors and script-writers alike are invited to partake in an upcoming Cold Reading Event, co-hosted by the OurToba Film Network and ACTRA Manitoba on March 27.
