    Since this issue will be on stands when all the bright-eyed university students return to expand their minds in hopes of bettering themselves and the world, the obvious thing would be to write about how this paper is the place where everyone can express themselves, where we can effect change, and where you, special individual, can make a difference.

  • Who do you want to learn from?

    Who inspires you? Who makes you question the world around you? Who makes you laugh?

  • Babies making babies… and porn

    We are all sexual creatures. Really, at our most basic, all we have to do is make babies. But unlike other animals, we also play mating games.

  • Pushing for power

    All texts are censored to some extent because of the language in which they are written; I can only express my ideas within the constraints of my language and within that of society’s comprehension.

  • We can’t handle the truth

    People are motivated by authenticity. Deep down, they want to see truth prevail. Unfortunately, it’s often their own version of the truth they want to see come out on top, and that version of the truth is often hazy.

  • The end of journalism as we know it

    In a time when the future of journalism is anything but certain, it strikes me as odd how many people actually want to get involved in journalism. We generally have two or more new contributors join The Uniter each week. Although many join just for the novelty of seeing their name in print, many still walk into our poorly ventilated basement office in hopes of changing the world.
