Prorogation protestation

Concerned citizens waved banners and flags at an anti-prorogation rally that took place on Saturday, Jan. 23.

The group met at the University of Winnipeg and then marched to the Manitoba Legislative Building. Prime Minister Stephen Harper prorogued Parliament in December.
