    If you’re like me, and seem to spend approximately 40 hours a week stuck in Winnipeg rush hour on your commute to and from the university, then perhaps you’ve noticed the rather interesting advertisements plastered along the sides of certain city buses.

    Say what you will about the University of Winnipeg. Yes, we have cramped classrooms, our library stacks need a serious overhaul (I’ll never forget the 100-year-old secondary source I used for a paper last year) and our student body is about as active in UWSA elections as my grandma is on Facebook.

    For me, the Oct. 28 religion issue of The Uniter, served as an important reminder of the central role faith plays in all of our lives, even for those who do not identify as religious.
